Mr. Vikas H V
Malnad Acres was founded by Mr. Vikas H V, a native of the Malnad region who grew up surrounded by the mist-covered hills, coffee estates, and silver oak forests of Chikmagalur. His intimate knowledge of the land — its seasons, its soil, and its people — is the foundation on which every transaction at Malnad Acres is built.
After years of watching outsiders struggle to navigate the complexities of rural land acquisition in Karnataka, Mr. Vikas set out to create a trusted, transparent platform that bridges the gap between discerning buyers and the families who have stewarded this land for generations.
